Sales Activity:

REIWA members reported 868 sales transactions.
House sales increased by 4.5%, while unit sales rose by 1.9%.
Land sales experienced a decline of 29.4%.

Sales: Perth, Gosnells, Ellenbrook, Mandurah, Byford
Highest Sale Price: Mount Pleasant ($3,475,000)
Lowest Sale Price: Forrestfield ($172,000)

Property Listings:

The total number of properties for sale increased by 2.7% to 3,857.
House listings grew by 4.2%, and vacant land listings rose by 1.3%.
Unit listings remained unchanged.

Rental Market:

Rental listings decreased by 3.4% to 2,084.
Leased properties increased by 3.9% compared to the previous week.

Overall Trends:

The number of properties available for sale is 14.8% higher than four weeks ago but 25.5% lower than a year ago.
Rental listings are 9.2% lower than four weeks ago but 25.2% higher than a year ago.
