13. I Didn’t Have a lot of Time for Agents.
I should point out that we had originally intended to sell the place ourselves and did find a buyer, but rejected their offer of $545k. After a month, we decided to go with Josh, as he’d met with me previously and I liked him. He has a good track record in our complex, having attained the two previous sales records of $560 and $590 for the penthouse.
I didn’t have a lot of time for agents, but he’s restored my faith. He’s always available, keeps you informed of every development and is very on-the-ball and personable. I can’t speak highly enough of this guy compared with the idiots we’ve had in the past. The fact that he alerted us to the sale of your place the very same day, and the bloke didn’t even bother to value your property correctly…well, enough said.
